This is Xorin, once 'Orin'. Once upon a time he was a great scientist who fell into obscurity for his opinions on evolution (actually, the lack thereof) and many other.. highly esteemed 'theories'.
He let the darkness overtake him quickly, utterly destroying all the light that had at one time been in his heart, letting himself drown in the hate that swelled within him.

His weapons are shurikin, which he can manipulate, as seen in the picture, into metal vines and other such things.

He has a habit of basking in blood.
