This is a full ref to The Watchdog. You can notice the many light scars on his body from his long time of fighting, but he saves his face from scars, since that would hinder his secret identity.

His second outfit will be introduced in the coming chapters of The Watchdog, but his original outfit is shown as well.

His arsenal of weapons have mostly been used in the series up to this point, and many were made by himself. His lasso-leash, doggy disks, doggy-paddle, catnip smoke bombs, and dog whistle have all been used. not introduced yet are his tracker collar and shock glove.
