sooo dis is Charlie, the original creator of this design (and this piece) is cl0udybeezkneez on instagram. Charlie was a random character made purely for this piece here (this is their first and currently only other appearance)
im 99% sure he's supposed to be a lamb but theres no species tag for that lmao, unless theyre the same thing idk tbh
but yeah Charlie was supposed to be just a cultist or a worshipper of Akuma but i think its more than likely ill kinda make him Akuma's "side b^tch" lmao. i do already have an artist in mind for this as well but ill explain the changes i sorta have in mind

right now im sorta thinking about making him less punk and more submissive looking? or i could perhaps keep the punk style (cause i do like the piercings and whatnot) but have him more submissive only towards akuma and stuff. i do wanna experiment with making him more of a shortstack type and overall i sorta have this vision of him being like a kobold (since a decent amount of them are like, shortstack little gremlins or whatever). theres only so much i can say since i did mark the post as general lmao but yeah. nothing is set though, i still gotta figure out what i want exactly but i hope you guys like him :3
