I initially drew him in my usual static reference image, just like all the other characters. However, while I liked his original design, I still had some issues with it. So, in my effort to improve my art, I sat down and decided to give Head a try, putting him in a dynamic pose. However, he ended up sitting.
Taking cues from a picture of me sitting in a similar style, I decided, what the hell, let's do this. So, I ended up drawing him, and you can faintly see his signature 1911, just barely visible in his hand and behind his boot.
Jason Rite is tired. He grew up on the family farm, and when he graduated from high school and went off to college, he swore to himself he would never pick up a farming implement ever again. However, as fate would have it, he was pulled back in. The economic crash left him almost destitute. He returned home with his tail between his legs and began taking up the family business. Soon, his mom and dad retired, leaving the farm to him to manage how he saw fit. While he was not the worst farmer, a series of additional events pushed him so far that he felt like he would have to sell. However, deciding to try one more time, he put out several ads in the paper. Looking for hired help. Soon, Jason had gained a loyal group of friends and somewhat antagonistic acquaintances, allowing the farm to begin its journey toward a new golden age.
