Sidolen Valorious (he prefers to just being called Sid), a turian concierge who works with the asari concierge named Careena on the Illium spaceport. He's quite the charmer (rather popular among the staff and customers), also very calm, studious, mostly friendly, and with a snarky wit that just might make Garrus have a run for his credits. Sid actually comes from the same colony as Garrus and actually went to the same academy as well, but Sid denies knowing Garrus and whether he does or not is for Garrus (who has yet to have a run in with him on Illium) to reveal.

- Von was once an assassin for hire (how he ended up a concierge is a mystery only he knows the answer to)
