This is Prince Zerahr, son of Emperor Zoll. They go by they/them, but so does most in their big empire, where socially everyone is percieved as nonbinary until they state otherwise.
Their empire are very warminded, and they have already conquered several countries. Zerahr isn't much different, and have mastered several weapons of theirs.
They also have several slaves, however, they treat them a lot better than the rest of the empire would. They spoil them with a lot of good food, nice clothes and warm baths, and they always try to seduce the slaves rather than taking advantage of them.
They are confident, ruthless, proud and brave. They sometimes get in trouble because they take a little too many chances, but it haven't never bit them more in the ass than losing a few spikes on their hip.
