For no good reason, it hit me to just own the characters I draw. That is, I don't get too hung up on specifics and just draw it my way.

For no good reason I drew Cleo of the Catillac Cats. No I didn't misspell it. Anyway, I'll probably get around to doing the entire main cast of that TV show, Heathcliff.

I always thought it was a bit strange that Cleo looks like she is wearing a leotard and legwarmers But of course isn't wearing a leotard. It was clearly done to keep her from appearing as if she were naked, however no other male or female character has this detail.

Also the fluff on the original's chest, meant to stimulate boobs even though she wouldn't have them in a children's TV show, is strange as well. Cleo and Sonya are the only two female characters who have this to show boobs, but Cleo's is much more so obvious to that end. She was not to only one to use one of many methods to show tits, but her's were the most overtly implied.

Cleo has the biggest tits on the show? Well, looking at the character, Cleo is actually very flat chested but does sport the best overall figure.

That said, looking like workout cloths and the characters portrayed personality in the show, I decided Cleo should look very fit, even a little buff. It's a bit hastily drawn so I'll likely do another one of her, when time permits.
