Braixen Afilan Dis'San
Second Assistant to the Head of Fogwood Village. He had a difficult childhood, as his mother abandoned him and his father, leaving the young dolphin to raise their child alone. This upbringing left him with numerous psychological traumas, including a terrifying fear of Delphox.
At an early age, he made his way to the big city, where he worked for pennies doing menial labor. At some point, he simply burned out and left the city. One day, stumbling upon the village of Fogwood, he decided to stay.
