After the unfold of events of "Rocking the Croc", Professor Trein kept his promise of punshiment, to make even with the stunt Tock pulled on James Killian, Smitty McCarthy, Grim and the Prefect of Ramshackle.
Collaborating with the headmaster of NRC, and with the dorm head of Octavinelle, Azul Ashengrotto, the teacher forced the native of Neverland to do social work to atone for his misbeahaviour, all while keeping his human form, as further punishment.
To add insult to injury, the vice dorm of Octavinelle, knowing how much Tock (being quite the femboy in appearance) doesn't like to be mistaken for a girl, made him go in drag for all the duration of his punishment. And so here we are, with the poor Tock, flustered and angry as hell, forced by Jade in the dress of his own mom, Georgina Leech.
A shame, the one of the crocodile boy, passed only by the fear of ruining the dress: only God knows what Mozus Trein would do to him if he escaped from the current punishment... or what the Leech Twins would pull off if he ever ruined the dress of their mom.
