The fabric has been discontinued for over a year and is no longer avaliable. ):
Has full waist shirring, partial back/bust shirring, & a removable bow. Bow can also be mounted on a headband!

I have some skirtalls that are super cute and my vibes (a bit Ms. Frizzle hehe) and I've been struggling to find something similar. And last time I ordered something w/ fabric I liked, the pattern/cut was really simple/had no shape to it Dx I took it in a bit to make it less rectangle-y, but even then would need to cinch it
