Capri prefers to go nude (which is totally acceptable, where she's from), but sometimes weather and situations dictate you gotta wear stuff. The third outfit is probably her 'formal' clothing. She likes to wear light, unrestricting clothes if anything. I didn't draw much here but she has an affinity for jewelry, especially anklets and bracelets. She likes earrings, but has no piercings so they have to be clip-on.
