Some water lily farmers at work collecting seeds to later sell at the local market.
While the continent of Sirath is generally quite dry, some areas near the larger rivers as well as in the souther and western coastlines have quite fertile soil and large tropical rainforests. In these areas cultivating crops that need more water is common.
The three workers here belong to three separate species, something relatively unusual, but they seem to get along just fine.
The Ajshar (tufted catfolk) are the most common group in Sirath, with prosperous cities and large empires, and are found in pretty much all environments.
The Herimash (spotted catfolk) live a more semi-nomadic lifestyle, generally living in small tribes in the deep forests. Many of them are fully integrated in Ajshari or human society or even have their own kingdoms in some rare cases.
Humans are the last group who arrived on Sirath, conquering the largest Ajshari empire while it was in a state of decline. Many human nations had a more peaceful approach though, forming alliances with other Ajshari kingdoms, legally obtaining lands to settle on, or even creating new "mixed" countries.
The Herimash guy is probably being teased by his coworkers for shamelessly flashing those poor guys on the boat. :P

Worldbuilding agricultural elements is always quite fun. Helps give a sense of place depending on the type of setting someone wants to construct.
Also kind of interesting implications about the nudity taboo. Doing this naked is probably easier that letting your valuable clothes get damaged from being wet, yet seeing someone naked on the river is shocking to those boaters.
Quite good art as always!

Lovely work.
It looks like you have modeled your lily plants after Euryale ferox. I haven't tried seeds of E. ferox before (especially since it is a protected species in Korea), but I have heard that they are quite enjoyable after roasted, dry or with oil.
It was also used in traditional medicine for curing diarrhea, incontinence, and uh, enhancing certain "stamina", though its efficacy has not been scientifically proven.

"And who will be the one needing to dry their loins when they are done with work? Well I can tell you one who it's not, and that's me!"
Also I love the expressive eyes with the guys on the boat.
Last, now I want more Merimash characters, they sound fun to follow.
