Yes, you read it correctly: Holly literally says "stranglers"! I was so surprised when I heard it in the episode. I was curious to see what the english dub would have done and I found out they actually... CENSORED IT?!
Yeah, it appears the ones who distributed the first season didn't want mentions of maniac killers in their kids' show, and so the lace used by the stranglers' boss became a piece of the special rope Suyodhana used to capture his victims. How... embarassing.
Tophat finding the lace is longer in the episode, but I didn't want to draw that much of Maharaja Scorbunny. Also, Holly actually said "savage" in the episode, but I didn't know that translation, so I used "terrible" instead.
