This is part of a cast of characters I'm designing with some macro content in mind, all share certain common abilities, I imagine them for like a visual novel story with non linear storylines about a mage encountering and dealing with each one.
One of the Beluaculus, magic-born beast deities with good and bad known for their ability to grow by praise/faith, can also be considered daemon
Fimbuldae lives in a tundra town, very close to the people serving as their guardian and rescuing people, even helps in the fields, usually friendly but can be very cold and insensitive, likes to keep order among the other problematic Beluaculus.
Can make ice and water from nothing and control them, also stop and move time for a bit.
