Sort of Megaplex Art -- Casual Three
I doodled this for no other reason than to keep drawing Saturday night since I had gotten all my big commissions on Friday (unusual for me, usually Saturday has me drawing until 3AM). I offered this for sale at my table all day Sunday and even though some folks made puppy eyes at it there were no takers. Then I flashed it at the stream on Monday and it lasted about fifteen seconds. Congrats Blackwater ;)
Three has the trickiest freaking anatomy that I'm still trying to get right. She has a flat chest, big strong shoulders and thighs, and a feminine curve to her hip. I try to make her female completely by poise and attitude rather than the usual 'assets'. Her hair is a freaking pain as well with those funky bangs that are sometimes long and sometimes short and sometimes in her face and sometimes not. And just to make it trickier one last way she has those digitigrade legs. Sigh. But she's also one of my most hard worked on characters that nobody knew about for two decades because I figured nobody would like her and because she set my powergamer alarms off. And yet when people started asking me questions about the character I happened to be inking one fateful livestream and the accompanying story... well, history was made.
This was done in brushpen and colored in copic marker in a stifling hot room on the 7th floor of the convention hotel while I was watching bad cable.
