Did this a while ago, I got this image in my head and it wouldn't leave until I drew it. I'd been meaning to draw a kelp forest scene, they're so pretty.

I was trying to go really fast and do something with atmosphere rather than detail, or even accuracy.

Very nice Kind of think some sunlight or shimmers on the water would have made it a little more interesting. But still good.

thanks! *u* I scrapped a lot of crappy backgrounds before I started making semi-okay ones, lol... I find underwater scenes are much easier to draw for some reason.

The colours are absolutely perfectly picked, and the composition really pulls it all together.

Love it. It's very ethereal and mysterious, and also very subtle. And the colors work together... Swimmingly. (OMIGOD THAT WAS TERRIBLE, BAHAHA.) Wonderful picture, I'd totally use it as a wallpaper. XD
