I was working on stuff and this suddenly popped into my mind out of nowhere so I made a quick thingy out of it.

Halloween mode Elle?? It's more likely than you think! There wasn't much thought to be put in the getup itself outside of "what would be gaudy enough looking to fit 'em" and this happened... though I think it would be even gaudier still.

The shine was pretty much a quick job too. Not sure if it looks better than the way I've been doing recently, hmmmm. _{Should probably experiment more when I'm not in doing-commissions-mode later, maybe.}
