Thank you so much! I actually use a rainbow coloured pencil-- it has multi-coloured lead in it, so you just rotate it to get the different colours. They're pretty easy to find online! They also have marbled ones with different colours, like red/blue or yellow/green, etc. I love them, they add an extra layer of fun to sketching/doodling. :)
