A gift for mera-the-witch on bluesky. She wanted an otter WITH A TWIST, and I couldn't say no! Mera is a saber otter, sporting horns and a dragon skull spirit which bestows her with witchy powers, it was a ton of fun coming up with her look, but honestly there is more to do for sure.
