Yes, I did watch the Homestuck pilot, why do you ask?

Well over a decade ago when I read Homestuck, I didn't actually get very far in it. I still liked it, or at least the idea of it. I even considered making an interactive webcomic of my own! But due to laziness and/or a lack of skill or time, I never did anything with that idea. Maybe I could make one today? I have more skill, if not time and not-laziness. I don't think webcomics are very popular anymore though... Are they?

As for the drawing, I made it for two reasons. First, I did like Jade in the pilot, and second, I wanted to practice drawing a character with glasses, because I'm going to need that skill for some designs of my own in the (near?) future. I tried to stick as close to her depiction in the pilot as possible, but I did make a few minor changes to the design.
