There are a few things Qarinah should know when trying to take over the world. One, he must be as evil as possible. And two, his plans have to be nothing but creative. So he travels to the Space-TV Fortress (using one of Redblur's rifts) to look for the most creative villain of all time, Specter. He asked him to teach him how to be as vile as he is, and he accepted... mostly because he wasn't human. For three months, Qarinah had been boosting his intelligence, using telepathic powers, and creating energy shields, until another rift led him home. He thanks the albino monkey for the training and the information on certain heroes before he leaves.
