The local fox hadn't made a visit in two days. It was concerning but he returned last night and this is the sole scout camera capture. I've made some adjustments to the camera angle to cover more shenanigans.

As I was driving home from my late mother's house years ago, I saw a pair of glowing eyes in the middle of a road. I stopped and they belonged to a subadult red fox who was lying in the middle of the road. Staring at me all the time, it stood up and moved to the berm on my right and lay back down. I've seen other foxes like it over the years in that area so I knew there was a fox family there.
