Oh dear, seems during a trip to see Dale and Reaper, Charu ran afoul of Lady stalker, who mistook the spy women for one invading dales factory of naughty things. Using her magics she used the bangles that dale oh so loves to equip on lovely ladies to bind the poor thing up..and seems ready to do some less then lovely things to her ^>^''
