Someone wake up the Green Day guy because September is over!

I'm oddly sad to see it end because I had a lot of fun drawing torgonauts. But with October it's time to move on to spooky drawings c:<

Basiltogg is the supreme hegemon of the torgoanuts. Her experiments in frost blood turned her blue but it has also gifted her the ability to resist the cold- an element known to lay waste to even the bravest torgonese warrior. With her arcane breakthroughs she now has the ability to take the hegemony to new, terrifying heights.
