I hope that I did the character justice and I hope you like it. :)
I thought doing a "quick" trade would kick me out of my depression and lack of artistic output, but even this small piece felt like quite a chore. I wish I knew what was wrong so I could fix it and finish up my owed art. I want to try and get everything done this week if possible.

Ourgh I understand that feeling so well but I promise this looks super nice, it's just your brain throwing a tantrum! I hope I'm not overstepping, but why not try doing art in a way you haven't before/in a while (why not try a traditional collage? Handpaints? Word art?), or taking a break if you haven't already (and are able to)? It helps *me* a lot when I'm like that at least.... doing studies and tracing other ppls art for practice also helps me a lot cause sometimes it's just that I'm on that point of the learning curve when you know there's something you wanna change with your art but you don't know *what*, so getting that inspo and feeling yourself doing it even with the training wheels tends to pump you up imo!
