She's kinda like Susie from deltarune but actually pretty different. She's older, a little more mature and more confident maybe. Also much bigger. Her design isn't based on her though, it literally came to me in a dream once (I dreamed of a giant grey wingless dragon plushie lol).
This art in particular is inspired by a reallife "celebrity" (who I think is cool)...if one could call her that, haha.
