I made a new OC in a Chinese-style fantasy universe, his name is 阿格居索牙德·戍嘎额布勒 Agjussayad Šugabuler (a Manchu-Mongolian style name, meaning "Horn of the Storm from the Tribe of the Great Tusk"), he is the founding emperor of "渊Yuán" Dynasty.
His Title: "开天创纪神武圣哲正德利用经天纬地钦文光烈妥勒格图皇帝 His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor who Unveiled Heaven, Founded the Era, Divine, Martial, Sagely, Virtuous, Pragmatic, World-Ordering, Revered, Cultured, Brilliant, and Resolute"
This is often abbreviated to 妥勒格图皇帝Emperor Tolegetu/ 妥勒格图汗Tolegetu Khan, 渊太祖Founding Emperor of Yuán/Yuán Taizu, or just 元命皇帝Yuanming Emperor.
His Era Name: Yuanming (元命, "Primordial Destiny")
Emperor Tolegetu founded the "渊Yuán(means Abyssal)" Dynasty and conquered the preceding "熙Xī(means Radiant)" Dynasty. In the 7th year of Yuanming, he received the surrender of the Xi Court at a city called Jian'an, where he was presented with the Heirloom Seal of the Realm.
This seal is the supreme symbol of the Mandate of Heaven in this world's culture, referring to the Imperial Seal of China(传国玉玺) in real-world history. The legendary real-world seal was said to be adorned with eight tiger-dragons (螭龙); this drawing simplified this to featuring a single loong coiled upon it. It retains the iconic detail of a broken corner, mended with gold.
Emperor Yuanming is a draconified boar. He possesses magnificent, coral-like blood dragon horns (not exactly, I found it too conventional, so I changed the design into the current one). "Draconification" is a physical manifestation of draconic (loong) features signifying that an individual is an incarnation of the "龙脉Dragon Vine" and bears 天命 the Mandate of Heaven — a trait shared among founding emperors.
Since a Draconified sovereign must consume jade to grow his horns and produce Dragon Pearls (there is a bead bracelet made of Yuanming Emperor's Dragon Pearls in his hand), our barbaric northern conqueror shattered and devoured the Heirloom Seal upon receiving it — a brutal act the adjacent poem chooses to turn away from.

寿髻小儿狞弄玺,
降臣俯首不忍看。
Lament for my Fallen Nation - LXXXVIII
by Jiang Chengyue the Hermit
Spring-chilled, the walls stand veiled in willow's hue;
Before the throne, in white, our sovereigns kneel;
Behind, we cower, still in our courtly crimson.
The scorn-knotted child toys with our imperial Seal;
Low as we bow — averted eyes speaking the woe.
