Introducing one of the members of my Skull Knights mercenary company, 1/7 total that are apart of the roaming band of mercs. Oscar is the vanguard, weapons & explosives expert for the group acting as a shield for his allies and dishing out heavy firepower in both explosive ordinance and endless stream of bullets.

He is the life of any party with his cunning wit, humor, and his intelligence that helps him keep a level head about things, especially in the heat of combat when taking on the nasties of the wasteland. Oscar is the only one in the group that will lend his services to wastelanders as a bodyguard so long as he doesn't leave the region his team has setup in.

When not decked out in his custom suit of Power Armor that he and his team have designed by modifying previous designs of the T series of power armor to better suit their needs and stand out in the field of power armor wearing warriors. He enjoys spending time at their camp or inside their mobile HQ they've nicknamed "The Dragon" by working on either maintenance on their weapons or helping the team come up with either new designs or crafting various types of explosives and weapons they can use either for themselves or to sell to others that roam the wastes as a means to earn extra caps.

His personal insignia for his mercenary group is the helmet with the skull painted on it with his two favorite weapons to use making up the X crossing behind the helmet, being a minigun and a rocket launcher for a nice way of dealing with any foe stupid enough to stand in his way.
