This is a drawing I had done in my spare time years ago when I was in college. I thought I'd lost it, but last month I found the piece of paper where I'd drawn it inside a pharmacology textbook. I decided to finish it and digitize it to publish it and give it a try.

I haven't seen the Sagari depicted in the MLP style, so that was the incentive that led me to draw this back in the days. The Sagari is one of the supernatural creatures from Japan that intrigues me. The mere thought of seeing a rotting horse head that still whinnies and moves is an image that can serve as nightmare fuel.

Perhaps a messenger of the plague or of bad times to come.
