I realized there were a few gen 3 pokemon that could make good Bills, so I drew some more!
Exbilloud: Grumpy bab. Always seen with a pacifier and corks in all his pipes. Do NOT touch his pacifier. (Diaperless version because I like how his belly turned out)
Spindabill: Acts drunk all the time. As toddly and stumbly as you'd expect. His headspots look like lil blush stickers.
Cameruptbill: Very relaxed guy. Wears lavaproof diapers. The type to spend hours in a sauna or hotspring (or volcano...)

I wonder how long those corks are gonna stay in the Exploud's pipes... hopefully they're in there pretty tight!
And of course I'm drawn to the Camerupt... I know a few places they'd enjoy hanging out and unwinding, no matter which hot liquid they'd prefer! Nice and private too.
