Well, like I said before, this Loona has always been there for the Autistic owl Princess since day one-ish, so, therefore, her Highness would've always been inspired to be like her sister-figure and bodyguard, to be a puppy, which means, sometimes, go for a walkies. It looks like Via's having a wonderful time walking on her arms and legs and the hellhound gal seems to be a bit blushing in a way about how she made a bird acting like a dog in the first place, but, it's not like she mind, anyway.
