Chapter 1: A New Adventure
-Story-
Brooklyn, Lexington, & Broadway were in the castle, talking. Brooklyn had just brought up the existence of a new place called a "Mall" that he overheard some humans talking about, it sounded like a place where humans would go to get cool stuff, everything the humans needed could be found in these "malls". From what he could gather, it sounded like a market, but 100x better. He said that he needed to see what these were like. All Brooklyn had wanted to do was explore this new world, after finally awakening from a 1000 year stone hibernation, it was very much overwhelming to him at first, as it was to the others too. But with this, he was also growing to like it, everything seemed so cool to him, he just wanted to make the most of this century. He had a plan that he was going to check it out, but he didn't want to do it alone, and that was why he brought it up to Lex & Broadway. The 2 others were uncertain at first, though it didn't take much to convince Broadway to go once he mentioned the possibility of their being lots of food there. Lex on the other hand was still unsure, but not wanting to be deserted to be left at the castle while the other two were having fun without him, he reluctantly agreed to tag along. The plan would go into action the following night once the moon rose once again, and they were going to keep it a secret from Goliath as they knew he would heavily disagree with them doing this. Before they could continue planning, they noticed that sunrise was drawing near and decided that they would just plan the rest of it as they went. So they headed to their dedicated posts and prepared for stone hibernation once again.
Little did the 3 gargoyles know, Hudson may have overheard their little plan. But when he did, he merely seemed to shrug it off as just the 3 youngsters having some fun and not ACTUALLY plan to sneak into human territory.

-Later-
The moon began to rise again, the Manhattan clan begin to awaken from their slumber. Brooklyn, Lexington & Broadway begin preparing for the adventure ahead of them. Before they left, Bronx approached, seeing that they looked like they were about to leave, he gave the trio a confused look. Brooklyn petted him and assured him everything was okay and that they'd be back soon before taking flight.

Brooklyn began leading the way, he was eager to see this place for himself. He didn't know what he wanted to get from there, but he thought he would know once he sees it. After a while of flying around, trying to find this illusive Mall, Brooklyn stopped in his tracks once he heard an exhausted Broadway huffing, trying to keep up.

Broadway: Wait for us *Huff huff* Are we getting close? I'm starving!

Brooklyn: Hurry up guys, We need to get to this "Mall" thing before everything they have is gone, It will be sunrise before we get there if you two boneheads don't keep up already!

Brooklyn didn't quite understand just how much stock gets stored in Malls, he thought that it would be like a bigger market, but in a place that was packed with people, he assumed that meant things would run out ALLOT.

Lexington: Are you sure this is a good idea? I'm worried to find out what will happen if Goliath learns that we've been interfering with human territory.

Brooklyn sighs with slight frustration at Lex's worrying. Leading up to it, Lex had been complaining about "What about Goliath" which was beginning to test his patience.

Brooklyn: Of Course its a good idea, That is rich coming from someone that approached a human on a motorbike, stole his bike, and proceeded to drive it into a wall and blow it up, LEX. And Goliath doesn't have to know about our little adventure, we need to live too.

Lexington: Hey! You know I was just interested in the human's bike, and I just wanted to try it myself.

Brooklyn: Yeah, and how did that go, Mr. Seems Easy Enough?

As Brooklyn and Lex bickered on and on, it was brought to a halt when Brooklyn saw a glowing sign, the sign saying "BROOKLYN GRAND MALL". Brooklyn, feeling all cocky about the mall sharing his name gave a smug look to the others. They glided around it, staring in awe, it looked massive, bigger than the castle.

Lexington: I guess we are in Brooklyn.

The 3 knew there was no time to waste, they had to make the most of it so they could still get back to the castle by sunrise....

-Description-
Wow, I know I did a little bit of Gargoyles fanart earlier in the week, and normally I try to keep posting of fanart to a bit of a minimum, but while I was drawing the first piece, I literally had to get this idea onto paper. If you want an example of how my brain works with ideas, they are out of control, like, I will get a random idea out of nowhere, and sometimes it just happens to be something I just gotta act on. This was one of those moments LOL. This will be a 2 part. Also I think I'm just gonna be posting what I feel like if you haven't quite noticed lol.
