Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly just adds more fuel to the fire when it comes to be creeped out by asian twingirls with long, dark hair, specially the ones with a sinister laughter.
The first is the best one, then comes the third. Crimson Butterfly was a bit too frustrating, and it wasn't as scary as I had hoped.
Have you tried Forbidden Siren 1 and 2? They're like a mix of Silent Hill and Fatal Frame.

FF3 is kinda like a mix of the two first games.
Characters, elements, and places from the previous games shows up from time to time, something that makes the story more fulfilling.
I call the game for Fatal Frame: The Room, because it's distinction from the other two games are the same as the how Silent Hill 4 distinct itself from the first three.
It's a scary game with a good story, but it sometimes get a bit depressing. (Something that's a good thing, because that means it gets under your skin).
Worth trying if you get the chance, but not if you are very busy, since it takes a while to finish it.
