my anpanman-sona. ive had this character in the back of my mind for a while lol
he's baikinman's assistant. when he's not sleeping or eating junk food, he's doing whatever baikinman asks. when baikinman wants to get rid of him, he gives him an impossible task, or one that will take forever.
anpanman & the good-guy crew don't really know what to do with him. he's not really a fighter, so they don't have any reason to be antagonistic towards him. he's like horrorman in that way.
another way he's like horrorman is that baikinman likes to beat him up. the only difference between the two is that tanpopoman is weirdly into it
