It would if I had cash to send, but I don't at the moment. Nor do I expect you to hold onto it until I do; I always repay my debts, but I sincerely doubt you can get to IFC on an IOU.
So, if someone else gets it into their head to buy the thing before I can, then let them wear it in good health; I can commission another one later, if it comes to that.
