Dr Blauz is a bird like creature. He was originally born as a species of creature who are generally destined to become grim reapers and take souls away into the otherside when their time comes. However, he didn't want that as he felt too guilty for it and instead, decided to improve on that magic sense of his that makes him feel when somebody is gonna die, and improve it so much that he can now feel when somebody is physically unwell, and this, using his magic he heals them as a doctor. As he is a death creature that has transitioned to a fully magic healer doctor, he has a strong mysterious and odd aura to him that you can feel before encountering him. It's generally a distrust aura too, but he means absolutely no harm. Aditionally, he heals with magic and with traditional medical techniques and has a lot of fur and feathers covering his legs like a tunic. You can actually go under there, into that space under him and be completely covered by his fur and feathers like a blanket and you'll actually start hallucinating or having magical experiences under there as that space is meant to protect and sit on eggs to be hatched of his same species (as corresponding to his bird nature). You'll actually feel protected and safe there and have "revealing" experiences about yourself and your soul.
