It seems as though there is now a third trapper around Sudonia. I just got trapped by Quiver, and my muscles don't seem to be strong enough to pop it. Looks like he's doing it for Inflofa

Lore: Dampening bubbles came from Erito-49, Cyblesop and Quiver's original homeworld. Quiver usually traps jerks within the bubbles, to make them quiver in fear of what disrespect they've done. Now that he's in Sudonia, Dampening bubbles can be crafted with a bubble mushroom that grows around Dusclipse Thicket. These bubbles weaken the muscles of the victim inside, just enough to make it near-impossible from them to pop it. Quiver engineered this soap perfectly, now occasionally used by the more competitive Sudonians around the glade.
