This is Wizer riding on his weasel tank. Which is a real tank that is so tiny, it's actually a good size for a Fechi. :)
So Wizer is a tread head and loves his tank. He almost never leaves the thing which has lead to various jokes that Wizer isn't a Fechi but rather a talking tank. In practice Wizer suffers from terrible Agoraphobia, he has a fear of the world outside his tank. As you can see he's white, that is because he's an albino, that includes his eye colour even though you can't really see in this pic.
