Time to bring out the Panda Twins (No Im not talking bout her lovely set of tits)

Many from my old account, MAY remember her.
Her concept go back to 2007, and now I decided to bring her tits out in full circle.

Itsuki is the oldest of the Duolun Panda Twins, and head Mistress of an Organization which controls a set region in Hong Kong. She's rather wise and caution bout her movements towards others rather than making the first move.

She's considered the Yin besides her ever crazed sister.
But would she be considered evil, what you guys think?
