Noteworthy features: Crystalized blood over the body.

Clothing: He typically wears nothing, but when forced to, he wears a black cloak and pants.

Personality: Cunning, charming, terrifying, tricky, knowledgeable, sometimes caring, and reasonable.

World: Earth (Originally from Hell)

Important History: Dev was born a demon, one of three god demons to exist. He was the demon god of blood. Dev was known for his powerful blood magic; not only could he control someone with it, but he could also merge with the person and fully take control. He was a cunning demon as he made a deal with a Hunter Family member. In exchange for demonic power, Dev would be cursed with the Hunter line through his blood and could take over one who loses control of the demonic power. Dev made this as a backup for if he was killed or destroyed; however, this came with the issue of whether it would work or not if he died. He had someone close to him, a mortal named Noah, who made Dev feel happy and started to soften up. However, an angel and a demon killed Noah, and then managed to kill Dev. He vowed to kill them when he returns.

After a few centuries, Dev was brought back through Kai's body, the two forced to share the renewed body. Due to their fusion, Kai's body became demonic and draconic in nature with his original hyena sabertooth mix. For a while, they fought one another and wanted the other to disappear; however, they began to understand each other's goals. Kai helped Dec achieve his revenge on the people who killed his friend; meanwhile, Dev helped Kai develop his weapon mastery. Over time, they overcame their differences and started to respect each other and work together. Dev saw Noah in Kai for how they act. Dev found a way to appear in his former form outside of Kai for a day at a time, sometimes doing this to comfort Kai or do busy work.
