Now this boy I have been laying around for a while. Thus, a little bit of writing inspirated by courage the cowardly dogs beaver and a bit of DC's "Humpy Dumpty". Along with a great pudgy beaver adopt from Ken/Melon too great a type of good intentions, but bad result villain: Construct. So, let's take a look, shall we?

Ability: Constructing any dam at any size he can. A short but also having super strength via the weightlifting heavy items to build dams.
Bio/Personality
A brilliant, but stubborn neurodivergent former construction worker who is trying to do good by obsessively damming things he can. Only to unintentionally make things worse for this community without realizing it. But Thaddeus or "Theo" for short is a kind soul that is misunderstood in wanting to improve and help things. A need to fix broken things like cry for help in wanting perfection in a time of automation that took his job. But still wanting to build dams like it’s in his genes up to the point of hyper fixation. But his constant and hyper focus on constructing various objects to convert them into bigger complex dams. However, they can get out of hand and makes things worse without supervision. Such as flooding towns with too much water, or drying crops with lack of water by his Dam. Good intentions in his heart to improve El Grande city , but bad results as not seeing them in the long run. Not trying to sabotage, he only wants to make things better for the city. Having a constructive mind, but deeply unwell with no intentions of harming others with his gift. But could never understood he harmed with his fixed dams of various items and even people he can fix into his work. Giving the name “Construct” by others, but didn't understand the saying or the chaos, he was doing to help. But more often could go very wrong. Having a sweet and loving disposition but acted ruthlessly if anyone messes with or brakes Dams. As he "Constructs" any object he finds to build dams as making them better.....or for worst.
