Mom's had really bad cabin fever so yesterday I took her out to get her coffee and she really wanted some new shorts to accomodate all her swelling. (She's got a 1sq ft hematoma on her side) She insisted on walked, though it's been really tiring her out but it's the first time she's really walking post0everything without a wheelchair or cane. It's really helped pep her up a little.
She kept mentioning how it'd be so long until she could go on a cruise now and it's so hard keeping your guy's gifts a secret.

I have Wanderlust... so I can't stay inside for more than 3-4 hours unless I'm asleep.
I had food poisoning that lasted two weeks and was bed ridden for eight days... I was (figuratively) bouncing off the walls after three days. And trying to climb out my window at ten...
And your mum sounds like how my (late) gran was, nothing to could keep her from doing what she wanted until dementia and a stroke took her.

Very nice work on this piece. She’s definitely a very tough cookie. Very proud of her. I just hope that she doesn’t overdo it and make it worse but I’ve got a strong feeling she’ll pull through even better than before given the fact that she faced her fears with the horse.
