What it does have are canvas size limits on initial submission uploads before site compression intervenes, which requires editing the submission and reuploading the image file to counter it should image quality seem to take a hit. Forgot what the current limit was for non-subscribing users.
Upon rechecking, the canvas size limits before file compression intervenes on first-time uploads is exactly 2560x1440 in dimensions. Resorting to the edit and file reupload trick is probably more convenient, or just using smaller canvas sizes as is seen in later images.
