Bhorbas Dnd Oc Miniature
(Still uploading older work lol)
As some of you might have seen on my twitter and telegram channel, my jumped onto a new hobby which is Miniature painting.
Since I play dnd in person with my group this allowed me to start this fun hobby and create a few little guys. And now it was finally time to get started on my own dnd oc Bhorbas.
Instead of opting for a premade model I created him in heroforge, I loved being able to fully customize him and add the details I wanted for the figure. I must say once you’ve practised and played around a bit with heroforge the customization options are endless. And I think I made my guy pretty spot on! This also helped me with creating his outfit as of such I had ZERO clue which direction I wanted to go for. Since he’s a druid from the Chult jungle there were some factors I had too keep in mind. Like no heavy armor and what WOULD a jungle druid wear?
As for the figure, not to toot my own horn.. BUT I AM SO PROUD! This is the first actual character figure I painted and I am over the moon. I loved adding all the little details and I enjoy the painting process so much.
One of my absolute favourite features on his figure is his Jaguar cloak. I’m so proud of how this pelt turned out and I even got to paint his lil snoot.
Gosh, I can keep gushing about how much I love how this turned out but we’d be here for days haha.
Oh, I did keep his base pretty… basic. Cause I want sure if I wanted to add something like tall grass or rocks later. But I kinde like his the figure is the center of the attention now.
This has gotten me so excited to paint more Mini’s. I got a mini for his dog companion Onyx aswell which im excited to paint. And I figured since I enjoy so much why not paint a few of his wildshapes aswell? Not ALL of them cause it be way to many, but def the few he uses the most like his Tiger and Giant hyena form :> ( SOON CROCODILE BABBYYY)
So yea to saw im in way to deep is an understatement XD
Also, Id highly recommend using heroforge for a custom of your own figure. The designing process was so fun and this lil guy truly feels unique to my guy. I even was able to make a fursona in heroforge that im eager to paint :D
