It's easy to feel sorry for Nicholas and Nathaniel. Born conjoined, with only one hand and leg each, they're forever stuck with their sibling, never more than a few inches from them. Always dependent on the other to move about and complete daily tasks. For most people, it's an awful fate to contemplate.

Yet the brothers don't see it that way. Being together is all they've ever known. Every waking moment spent with their brother and best friend. Here we see the brothers asleep, Nathaniel hugging and snuggling up next to his brother. Their life isn't perfect, but they are happy with what they have.
