BlueIons the otter grooving on some tunes while dinner makes its way to him. Who thought music made a good lure?
This was colored in markers and inked up during the con. Since Ions is blue I didn't want to draw the water blue as well, so it's sort of greenish. I really like the motion in the image and was glad he was pleased with how it came out.
