Constantine 'Wiretap' Wira is an incredibly intelligent and clever fox who specializes in computer anything -- hacking, programming, communication. You name it, he can do it... for a price.

He's cynical and jaded, but not unkind, although easily manipulated by whomever holds the highest bid over his skills. Constantine suffers from a near incurable blood disease that renders him weak and sick nearly all the time. As such he's on a constant search to find a cure for himself.
