This is a new vehicle form for my original character, Flora the inflatable blossom dragon. He can transform into this 3-wheeled racing vehicle by using his neck as the front wheel and his hind legs as the back wheels.

Codename Stands For: Fluorescently Limiter Operations Racers Aerodynamic

Special Abilities:

Just like his regular form, the FM R-98 can inflate to become a large, immobile ball.

His wings are folded down and become part of his body in this form, making him more aerodynamic for racing.

This form is built for speed on the ground and cannot fly.
