Decided to do something for myself to take a break from the craziness of art requests, since I have a few to do. I'm trying something new with this, and that is actually trying a painting style.. now, I don't really paint so it's a little rough, but I'm pleased with the result.

The subject/mood of this has to do with a habit of mine, and that is keeping things bottled up and letting them fester. Sometimes, to me it seems like no matter how many times I try to let something go it just won't leave me alone. I've been having a bit of trouble with this lately, that and general depression, so this is mostly vent art.

The anatomy isn't quite right (this is a Maned Wolf hybrid character, but heavily Maned Wolf, so it's a little too stocky) but otherwise I'm happy with it.

(Oh, and this is my fursona's quad form, but the colors are a little skewed due to my attempt at lighting.)
