They're called Stonekrovn, and it's a fantasy species that belongs to Ratt / Doeprince. They make an appearance in their comic which I'll link below. I reaaaalllyyy recommend reading it, it's among the best fucking comics I've ever read! I'll try to find a Russian translation one, there was a person who translated their comics if the English one is still difficult for you. But yeah, the species was so cool I could not, not, make some fan characters :3
